This Privacy Policy explains how I-CARRY (US) ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you visit our website at https://icarry.tech, submit a contact or inquiry form, or otherwise interact with our services. By using the site, you agree to the practices described below.
The following privacy policy template has been prepared for review by legal counsel and has not yet been formally approved. Please treat this page as a draft until our legal team signs off.
1. Who we are

- Professional / employment information — role, industry sector, project details you provide through the contact form.
- Internet activity — pages viewed, referring URL, approximate geolocation, and aggregate traffic analytics derived from cookie-less Cloudflare Web Analytics.
- Inferences — basic qualification of your inquiry so we can route it to the right engineer.
3. Sources of information
- Directly from you when you fill out the contact or inquiry form.
- Automatically from your browser when you visit the site (server logs and analytics).
- From service providers who operate on our behalf (hosting, email relay, analytics).
4. How we use your information
We use personal information for the following business purposes:
- To respond to your inquiry, prepare a site assessment, and provide quotations.
- To communicate with you about your project, our services, and follow-up questions.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
- To comply with legal, audit, and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We share personal information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate (e.g., Cloudflare Pages hosting, Resend for email delivery). These providers are contractually restricted from using the data for any purpose other than providing services to us.

6. Cookies and analytics
We do not set marketing or advertising cookies. Our default analytics are provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or fingerprinting and does not collect personal information. We may enable additional analytics in the future; any such change will be disclosed here and reflected in our Cookie Policy.
7. Data retention
We retain contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, deliver our services, and comply with legal obligations. Marketing and analytics data is retained in aggregate form only.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Request restriction of or object to certain processing activities.

As described in Section 2, we collect identifiers, professional information, internet activity, and inferences. Within the last twelve (12) months, we have collected each of these categories from the sources described in Section 3.
9.2 Business purposes
We collect and use each category for the business purposes described in Section 4.

We do not sell or "share" (as defined under CPRA) personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Within the last twelve (12) months, we have disclosed personal information to the categories of recipients described in Section 5.
9.4 Your California rights
- Right to Know — request a report of the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, used, or disclosed about you.
- Right to Delete — request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to permitted exceptions.
- Right to Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Limit — request that we limit the use of sensitive personal information to that which is necessary to perform the service.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing — direct us not to sell or share your personal information. We have not sold or shared personal information in the last 12 months, but you may nevertheless exercise this right at any time via our CCPA Notice page.
- Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality for exercising your rights.
9.5 How to exercise your California rights
To submit a verifiable consumer request, email us at lizhiqaing@jtrobots.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request". We will respond within 45 days as required by CCPA. If you authorize an agent to act on your behalf, we will require proof of authorization.
9.6 Shine the Light
California Civil Code §1798.83 permits California residents to request information about the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for those third parties' direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
10. Children
Our site is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. International visitors
Our services are operated from the United States. If you visit our site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
12. Security
We employ commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage, however, is 100% secure.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted for at least 30 days.
